Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the GrowTall Android application and the growtall.fitness website.
GrowTall is provided for growth tracking, education and general wellness. It is not a medical device, subscriptions are billed through Google Play, and your growth records stay on your device.
1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing or using the GrowTall app or visiting growtall.fitness, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or website.
2. Purpose of GrowTall
GrowTall provides growth tracking, population-reference information, estimates and general wellness education. GrowTall is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. Estimates and percentiles are informational and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional with concerns about growth or development.
3. Eligibility and family use
GrowTall may be used by individuals and by parents or guardians on behalf of children. Profiles created within the app, including children's profiles, are managed by the device owner. If you use the app on behalf of a child, you are responsible for the data entered and for how summaries and reports are shared.
4. Subscriptions and billing
GrowTall Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription billed exclusively through Google Play. Pricing, billing periods, free-trial terms (if any), cancellations and refunds are handled by Google Play under its terms. Uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel a subscription — manage it in your Google Play account.
5. Your data
Profiles, measurements, habit logs and notes you enter are stored locally on your device. GrowTall does not sell health information or build advertising profiles from it. The app uses limited third-party infrastructure for reliability, app integrity and Google Play subscription functionality; entered heights, weights, notes and habit values are not sent to analytics services. Android device backup may include the local database when system backup is enabled. See the in-app Privacy & Local Data screen for details.
6. Intellectual property
The GrowTall app, website, branding, charts and content are owned by Galadriel Labs and protected by intellectual-property law. You may not copy, redistribute or create derivative works from them except as permitted by law. The WHO and CDC references referenced by the app remain the property of their respective organizations.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The app and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Galadriel Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the app, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid for GrowTall Plus in the 12 months preceding the claim (or zero, if nothing was paid).
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the app or on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
